After two years of planning and fundraising, work is well under way on an extension to the Millicent Men’s Shed.
All the earthworks have been completed and the concrete slab has been laid.
The extension will house a metal workshop and a materials store.
The current storage shed will be converted to a model railway enthusiasts haunt.
Further grant applications have been lodged to secure funding for the final build and workshop fitout.
