Millicent’s little terrors come out to play after dark

Wattle Range Council’s Youth Advisory Council members are preparing for a spooktacular disco, promising an evening of fun and fright.

Young people aged between 11 and 16 years old are being invited to the group’s Halloween disco on October 21, to be held at the Millicent RSL Hall on North

Terrace.

Party goers are urged to don their scariest costume and dance the night away with friends.

The in-person event is promising to be a thrilling experience for all, with the disco to be filled with creepy tunes, bewitching decorations and ghoulish surprises from 6pm-9pm.

Ticket sales will raise funds to furnish a youth space being planned by the YAC for young people in the Wattle Range area.

All ticket holders will receive a trick or treat bag on entry.

Council’s community development manager Caroline Hill said attendees will need to be collected from the event by caregivers and there will not be any pass outs.

“The Youth Advisory Council has been working very hard to organise this event and are very excited to scare everyone,” she said.

Tickets can be purchased through Humanitix at events.humanitix.com/wattle-range-youth-advisory-council-halloween-disco for $5.
