Nissan continues to push the boundaries of the motoring world, with its iconic QASHQAI small SUV and X-TRAIL medium-sized SUV recently gaining recognition in the Drive.com.au and Wheels Motor Magazine awards.

The Nissan X-TRAIL has been an SUV Icon across Australia for more than two decades and the QASHQAI made an immediate impact on the global market when it was first introduced to the world in Europe in 2006, so it is no surprise these vehicles have been on the radar of motoring journalists around the world eager to put the SUV’s through their paces.

The Nissan QASHQAI was crowned as the best small SUV in Drive’s 2023 Car of the Year awards, being recognised for pioneering the crossover category with a blend of hatchback compactness and SUV practicality.

Along with the award winning QASHQAI, the Drive.com.au crew also pointed the spotlight at the all-new Nissan X-TRAIL, loving the re-designed vehicle so much they awarded it as the best medium SUV for 2023, while Wheels Magazine gave it another solid wrap, crowning it as the medium SUV 2023 ‘Mega Test’ winner.

Nissan has also packed a wide selection of colour-ways into the latest X-TRAIL release, with Scarlet Ember, Solid White, Brilliant Silver, Gun Metallic, Caspian Blue and Diamond Metallic featuring across the ST line-up, with Champagne Silver, Ivory Pearl and Ceramic Grey added to the list across the ST-L, Ti and Ti-L models and for an extra splash of style, the Ti and Ti-L are available with a black roof on select colour-ways.
