Just before 4am on June 11 Limestone Coast Police attended a licensed premises in Mount Gambier and arrested a 41-year-old local man.

Police will allege he was in possession of knuckle dusters and a knife.

A quantity of an illicit substance, believed to be 1, 4 butanediol was also seized from the man.

The Mount Gambier man was charged with carrying an offensive weapon, possessing a prohibited weapon, trafficking a controlled drug in a prescribed area and breaching bail.
