There will be plenty of two-wheeled excitement in the region this weekend as riders converge on Mount Gambier for a smorgasbord of racing.

In more racing action, the Mount Gambier Mountain Bike Club will host round two of the Gravity Enduro SA.

The mountain bike event will be run as a super enduro, with limited novice tracks and less risk of categories mixing at high speed to maximise competitors’ ride time.

The riders will take on the Crater Lakes course on Sunday, with racing starting at 10.15am

Categories for the event include Elite, Under 21 Elite, eBikes, Novice, Under 13, 15, 17 and 21.

The long weekend will also see some locals participating in BMX events in Mildura.

The Mildura Storm BMX club will be hosting the Victoria vs South Australia races, as well as the Retro Championships on Monday.

The racing will kick off from 10.15am and will be a thrilling day of state versus state racing, as both states seek to prove their superiority.

This event will also have racers from Juniors to Masters and will be a great opportunity to witness some exciting BMX action from some talented riders.

It should be an adrenaline filled weekend for racing fans with lots of events on offer.
