Skylight inspires human resilience

At Skylight, we are inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and the potential in all of us to live well.

We create environments of understanding, connection, optimism and courage through individual support; group activities, social connection, skills building and community education.

We share a journey to empowerment with individuals, their friends and family and their carers.

Skylight are now providing these services across the Limestone Coast, including the popular Country Wellness Connections program in conjunction with NDIS services.

We now have Community Connection activities in Millicent, Kingston and Naracoorte available for non-NDIS and NDIS funded people.

R U OK? Day is a great opportunity to reflect on your own mental ill health and check in with families and friends with theirs.

Start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.

Ask questions, support without judgement and show compassion.

To discuss your mental health and find avenues of support, call Skylight to find out more.
