The much-anticipated Mount Gambier and District Tennis Association finals are looming, with only one more round to complete.
In the B Girls, West Gambier Red, Uniting/Suttontown, and West Gambier Blue are the top three, with Mount Gambier, Mil Lel and Glencoe following behind.
The matchups this week are Glencoe v Uniting/Suttontown, which can be an advantage for the latter team, if they achieve a big win, they will be able to push back to the top of the ladder.
Mil Lel will match up against West Gambier Blue which will be a tough match, while Mount Gambier will take on West Gambier Red which will look for any opportunity to create more points for themselves on the ladder to distance themselves from Uniting/Suttontown.
In Division 2, the matchups are Mount Gambier v West Gambier, Glencoe v Reidy Park and Suttontown v Mil Lel.
Mount Gambier sits atop the ladder with West Gambier looking to claim top position and Glencoe following closely, with Mil Lel, Reidy Park, and Suttontown behind them.
The match-up between Mount Gambier and West Gambier will be an intense one, and Glencoe will be searching for a large win over Reidy Park to keep themselves in third position and even if Mil Lel has a big win over Suttontown it will remain in bottom position in the finals.
