Tincknell tops women’s round

Millicent’s women’s golfers enjoyed lovely warm weather for a stableford round.


Fourteen women took to the course, with Debbie Tincknell winning A grade with 34 points on a countback, with Sue Agnew runner up.


B Grade: Trudy-Anne Doyle’s 42 points was enough to win B grade, with Annie Maclennan runner up on 32 on countback.


The ball winners were Kirsty Bailey with 32 points, Sue Ireland on 32 and Trudy-Anne Doyle also won the nine hole competition on the back nine with 20 points.


Nearest the pin 3rd was Mary Winser , with Lois Tilley claiming the 2nd shot 17th hcp 28-54 and Trudy-Anne Doyle the 2nd shot 5th hcp 32-54.
