Warming donation

Bendigo Bank Mount Gambier branch has donated a range of winter goods including blankets and kids and adults clothing to The SE Voice Winter Warmth Community Campaign which will go to ac.care to help the less fortunate in the community.

Mount Gambier Bendigo Bank branch manager Emma Horrigan said the organisation decided to join the campaign after an invitation was extended by The SE Voice.

“With ongoing conversations in the community, the team here all agree there is an awareness of the increased levels of homeless within our region,” she said.

“We thought it was a great idea to support the community and increase awareness of the issue taking place right on our doorstep.

“We decided to donate to help those doing it tough during such a cold winter.”
