A decision is expected tomorrow regarding an offshore wind zone proposed off the coast between Warrnambool and Port MacDonnell.
Federal Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen MP has issued a media alert that he will be in Portland tomorrow and will “declare the Southern Ocean offshore wind zone”.
