Mount Gambier man Tyson James Ratcliffe faced the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court last week accused of 12 offences.
The offences included theft, driving a motor vehicle after a drug driving disqualification, vehicle safety charges, unlawful possession, possessing a controlled drug and equipment to use the drug and failing to comply with a bail agreement.
The 38-year-old was represented by lawyer Michael Hill who sought an ajournment.
While Mount Gambier Magistrate Koula Kossiavelos granted the request, she said “things need to come to a conclusion”.
“He has got 12 files so I would appreciate that things do get progressed because some matters he’s appeared 14 times,” Mount Gambier Magistrate Koula Kossiavelos said.
“I will say there is a need for further disclosure on some matters, further instructions and further negotiations but things need to come to a conclusion on the next occasion.”
The matters have been adjourned for Mr Ratcliffe to reappear on September 3.
