Anzac honour

Residents from across the Limestone Coast gathered on Anzac Day to honour those who have served our nation.

Communities across the region gathered for dawn services, main street marches and mid morning ceremonies to mark the anniversary of the landing of Australian and New Zealand forces at Gallipoli in 1915, a conflict that claimed the lives of more than 8000 Australians.
