Big changes on the way for small school

The South Australian State Government has allocated $3m in funding to Yahl Primary School which was go towards much needed upgrades at the educational facility.

Member for Mount Gambier Troy Bell said he was approached by the Yahl Primary School Governing Council about the school facilities not being up to standard.

“I invited Minister Boyer to visit the school to see for himself firsthand the state of the classrooms,” he said.

“Principal Chris Morrison and Governing Chairperson Brad Crisp are to be congratulated on their strong advocacy on behalf of the school and its students.

“Established over 155 years ago Yahl Primary School will continue to provide a high standard of education and diverse learning opportunities for its future students.”
