Boutique brings dresses to brides

Mount Gambier’s Mango’s Fashion Boutique will host their first Bridal Trunk Show starting this Saturday, July 2 to Sunday, July 10.

Mango’s staff member Abby Chapman said over 30 sample dresses from the Tania Olsen Designs “Escape” range would be in store so brides-to-be could come and see the details, fabrics and designs up close.

“The dresses are gorgeous and the price points are really great,” Ms Chapman said.

The Mango’s staff will work with brides-to-be to determine their correct size and place an order for their perfect dress and there are also bridesmaid dresses available.

With a vast range of sizes on offer, brides-to-be can visit the store with confidence they will say “yes” to a dress for their special day.

The free trunk show will be open to the public on Saturday July 2, from 2pm until 5pm and on the final Sunday on July 10, from 2pm to 4pm.

Throughout the week, visits are available by appointment for those wanting a personalised experience and Ms Chapman said they also offered after-hours appointments.

Ms Chapman said the Mango’s bridal range had taken off since the pandemic, when people were hesitant to travel to the city.

Ms Chapman said shopping locally also took the stress out of bridal shopping as it cancelled out the time and costs of travelling to the city to view a bridal range and there was no pressure to purchase a dress immediately.

“We thought it was a good opportunity for people to see that big range without having to travel away,” she said.

“And we just really like that we can offer something that no-one else in Mount Gambier is offering.”

Ms Chapman advised any brides who were getting married over summer that now was the time to order dresses so they would be delivered in time for the wedding.

Afterpay and Zip Pay are available in-store and people can book an appointment by contacting Mango’s on 8723 4667 or via their Facebook or Instagram pages.
