Three more residents have tested positive to COVID at Boneham Aged Care Services in Millicent at the weekend.
Chief executive Michael Filsell said there was one positive COVID case in each of the Manor, Kintore and Holzgrefe wings.
Mr Filsell said the COVID positive residents have been quarantined in their rooms.
“At this stage we can find no definitive link between these infections so we suspect it is a result of case numbers building again in the region,” Mr Filsell said.
The facility has updated its visitor protocols.
