Emergency crews had to cut the driver from a vehicle after a crash on Penola Road on Tuesday morning.

The vehicle rolled over at the intersection of Penola Road and Buronga Avenue just before 11am.

The driver, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, was taken to the Mount Gambier hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The road was closed while the scene was cleared.
