Major Crash are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash at OB Flat.
Just before 7am on Tuesday, police and emergency services were called to Glenelg River Road after a Hilux utility and a light truck crashed head on.
The driver of the truck, a 45-year-old man from the South East, sadly died at the scene.
The driver of the utility, a 64-year-old man from Mount Gambier, was taken to Mount Gambier Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
