Free museum admission

The Millicent National Trust Museum has reopened with a special offer.

The usual $12 adult admission fee has been waived for locals as long as they are accompanied by a paying visitor. The special offer runs until January 31.

The museum has many hundreds of fascinating exhibits including its largest: a steam locomotive.

It proved to be quite a drawcard for Colac family Ali and Cam Betts and their children Oliver and Matilda.

They are camping at the Hillview Caravan Park in Millicent and the Millicent swimming lake and Canunda National Park are also on their “must do” list.
