Fresh faces at MBCA

The Millicent Business Community Association has welcomed changes at the helm including new committee members following its annual general meeting.

Lee Morgan continues as MBCA chairman with Melissa Armfield as the new deputy.

“We welcome Sarah Barnett from Blue Lake Dairies and Abbey Gabrielli from Beaurepaires to our committee,” Mr Morgan said.

“Both Abbey and Sarah will bring an increased dimension to business here in Millicent.

“We must be doing something right as our membership is up by 10%, our voting participation in the … Business Awards has increased and our George Street shop vacancy rate is the lowest in years.

“We also thank our outgoing MBCA committee members especially Kimberly McMillan who has been a committee member for many years, together with Simone Berry and Darrel Looker.”
