Luminous laneways burst into life over the weekend, as Fringe brought all the fun of the festival to town.
There was plenty of colour and movement in two normally placid pockets of the CBD, as magic and mystery overflowed after dark.
No Name Lane and Engelbrecht Lane overflowed with visitors keen to witness the flair and flamboyance of Fringe, the first time the Blue Lake city had hosted a Fringe laneway event, transporting attendees from Commercial Street through to a mysterious congregation.
There were drag queens and kings, musicians, fire twirlers and acrobats, coupled with street food and local wines.
