All going well, the first stage would be the establishment of seven camping and recreational vehicle sites and construction of a toilet/amenities block including accessible toilet
Stage two would be the erection of seven cabins with decks/verandas.
The park proposal at Yahl is one of a number of developments proposed across the Grant District Council.

It will incorporate offices, amenities, live fish holding tanks and processing area, advertising signage, car parking and landscaping.
The facility has been earmarked for near the junction of the Riddoch Highway and Dingley Dell Road.
The application will be subject to a public notification process which has yet to be finalised.
