HPV countdown begins

The countdown begins as the highly anticipated UniSA Australian HPV Super Series gears up for its thrilling 2024 season, set to commence in Mount Gambier on March 16.


The series, known for its exhilarating races and vibrant community spirit, promises another year of intense competition and unforgettable experiences for participants and spectators alike.


The UniSA Australian HPV Super Series showcases the best of human-powered vehicle (HPV) racing, attracting teams from across Australia to compete in a series of exhilarating endurance events.


With its unique blend of teamwork, engineering prowess, and athleticism, the series has become a cornerstone of Australia’s racing calendar, drawing participants of all ages and backgrounds.


Series chief executive Marcus Lacey said this year’s season opener in Mount Gambier marks the beginning of a journey filled with excitement and camaraderie.


Teams will test their mettle on the challenging circuit, navigating twists and turns as they strive for victory.


“We are thrilled to kick off the 2024 UniSA Australian HPV Super Series in Mount Gambier,” he said.


“This event represents the culmination of months of hard work and preparation for our teams. We’re looking forward to seeing their dedication and passion on display as they compete in what promises to be another unforgettable season.

Following the season opener in Mount Gambier, the series will continue with events in various locations across Australia, culminating in the highly anticipated finale, the 24 hour Australian International Pedal Prix at Murray Bridge later in the year.
