Several Limestone Coast netballers have been selected in state team squads.
Millicent netballer Lucy Denton, representing Garville, former Port MacDonnell player Emilia Kerr (South Adelaide) and Lacey Haines from Contax (formerly Hatherleigh) were named in the under 19 SA squad.
Millicent netballer Annaelise Janssen (Garville) was one of 11 athletes chosen in the under 17 squad.
The under 17 players are also members of the Adelaide Thunderbirds Talent Academy, which launched in 2022 to strengthen the pathway to elite netball.
Netball SA made the announcement last week, with both squads to commence training in January 2023 prior to the teams being selected and announced in February.
