Limestone Coast police detected half a number of motorists for drug and drink driving, as well as driving disqualified over the weekend.
On Friday police stopped a 34-year-old Mount Gambier man driving on North Terrace, Mount Gambier, and requested a drug test.
The male provided a positive drug wipe and was reported for drug driving.
He will appear in court at a later date.
On Saturday police pulled over a 34-year-old man driving with a young child in his vehicle on Mount Gambier Road, Millicent.
The male provided a positive drug wipe and was issued with an expiation notice for drug driving and issued with a three month instant loss of licence.
Also on Saturday, police stopped a 28-year-old Thornlea woman on Williams Road in Millicent driving unregistered.
She provided a positive drug test and was issued with an expiation notice for drug driving.
On Sunday a 20-year-old woman from Victoria was pulled over on Butler Terrace, Naracoorte.
The driver, a provisional licence holder, provided a positive breath test of 0. 132.
She was reported for drink driving and breach of licence conditions and issued with a six month instant loss of licence.
Her vehicle was impounded for 28 days and she will be summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Also on Sunday, police stopped a 19-year-old woman from Mount Gambier on Williams Road Millicent, driving an unregistered vehicle.
Checks on the driver showed she was disqualified from driving.
She was reported for driving unregistered, uninsured and drive disqualified.
Her vehicle was impounded for 28 days and she will appear in court at a later date.
A man has also been arrested for historic sex offences against children earlier this month.
On May 16, following an investigation by Limestone Coast CIB Detectives, a 43-year-old Mount Gambier man was arrested and charged with five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, 10 counts of producing child exploitation material and four counts of possessing child exploitation material.
He appeared in court on May 21 where he was remanded to reappear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on October 7.
Investigations are ongoing and police would like to identify if there are any further victims.
