Local artists can win up to $1500 in the 2022 Open Art Awards, launched this week by the South East Art Society
Inc.

There will be 22 other opportunities for artists to win prizes of up to $350 for each of the eight major media categories including video and digital in addition to the traditional oils, acrylics, watercolours, textiles and 3D.

The Riddoch Art Gallery will display all entries throughout April and early May as a showcase of regional talent.

Mount Gambier City Council, Grant District Council and Bendigo Community Bank have been named as major sponsors.

Entry forms are in production now and will soon be available at the Riddoch Art Gallery and other outlets or visit seas.org.au to download.
