Wattle Range Mayor Des Noll recently had the pleasure of officiating at a ceremony which formally celebrated five of Millicent’s newest Australian citizens.
They are Abubakir Abduvahobov and his mother Zumrathon Ahmadjonova both of Uzbekistan (pictured), Terry Mead and his wife Helena both of New Zealand and Marilou Solas of the Philippines.
