With almost 70 car manufacturing brands offering almost 400 vehicle models to the Australian market, first impressions are absolutely everything, and what a first impression the facelift 2025 Nissan QASHQAI makes!
OGR Nissan recently gave The SE Voice the opportunity to grab the latest and greatest Nissan crossover SUV in its top of the range trim to check out the bolder, more sophisticated model and put it through its paces.
The 2025 installment has a number of enhancements over the former model, with the front end massaged to include newly designed LED headlights and re-shaped front grille as well as sporting a new rear bumper and updated interior design, and gee-whiz does it look the goods!
in it’s top of the line QASHQAI Ti-L trim you get to choose from 13 individual colour options including Gun Metallic, Ceramic Grey, Platinum Silver, Fuji Sunset Red, Magnetic Blue, Pearl White, Black Onyx and the absolutely beautiful Deep Ocean, with Magnetic Blue, Pearl White, Ceramic Grey, Fuji Sunset Red and Deep Ocean also available with an Onyx Black Roof to really complement the gloss black accents all around the vehicle.
Not wanting to try and sway you into one colour way or another, but the depth – no pun intended – of the Deep Ocean paintwork is incredible and really pops under the sunlight.

It really is no surprise that everyone you talk to about it hits you with the same opening line – “I really love that colour!”
Underneath the bonnet you’re receiving the Nissan HR13 powerplant – a 1.3-litre turbocharged four cylinder petrol engine delivering 110kW of power and 250Nm of torque to the front wheels through a Xtronic continuously variable automatic transmission and three drive modes in sport, standard and eco depending on your need.
Helping get that power to the ground is a set of sticky Michelin tyres wrapped around stylish 20-inch wheels which in turn help deliver a top-quality ride both around the city streets and when heading out of town.

Plenty of power, maximum comfort and agile steering make the Nissan QASHQAI an absolute delight to be behind the wheel of, and inside of the crossover USV is where yet another treat is waiting for you.
If you’re familiar with the previous QASHQAI, the updated quilted seat pattern design will be instantly recognisable, and the black leather works pleasantly when paired with the black alcantara dashboard, doot and arm rest trim.
Both driver and passenger are treated to heated 8-way electronically adjustable seats with massage treatment, while a heated steering wheel also takes the chill out of those cold Mount Gambier mornings.

Something else instantly recognisable is the panoramic glass roof letting in an abundance of natural light without being too overbearing.
In the way of audio and connectivity you’re treated to Android Auto and Apple Carplay – both in wireless form – which is controlled direct from a high-definition 12.3-inch infotainment system with inbuilt satellite navigation.
All your favourite audio tracks are played through a 10-speaker BOSE system, with bluetooth connection and voice recognition also featuring as standard.

Ensuring your devices are charged up to keep the tunes flowing are front centre console and rear USB Type-C ports as well as 12-volt power sockets in the dashboard and luggage compartment.
All the safety bells and whistles are included from electronic stability and traction control, brake and hill start assistance, intelligent driver alert and rear automatic braking, blind spot, rear cross and forward collision warnings, emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection and junction assistance, lane intervention and departure warnings, intelligent cruise control and parking assistance and much, much, much more.
Other nifty conveniences include a 10.8-inch heads up display, automatic dual zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers, frameless auto dimming rear view mirror and a hands-free automatic opening power tailgate just to mention a few!

There’s so many impressive features packed into the QASHQAI Ti-L, but what’s just as impressive is how confident Nissan are in their vehicles to now deliver the MY25 QASHQAI with a 10-year 300,000km warranty when servicing with Nissan.
You can even take advantage of Nissan Finance of just 1.9% over a 36 month term to get yourself out on the road in a brand new Nissan.
If the 2025 Nissan QASHQAI sounds like it’s ticking the boxes on your new vehicle search, pop down and see the OGR Nissan team at 33-41 Penola Road, Mount Gambier or contact the dealership on 8724 1111 to learn more!
