Boneham Aged Care Services at Millicent is now clear of COVID.
The disease had been prominent last month among the facility which has 110 residents and 145 staff.
Chief executive Michael Filsell said PCR testing over the weekend had indicated there were no new COVID infections.
“Our two remaining active cases in our Wren Wing achieved clearance on Monday, leaving us with no known active cases on site,” Mr Filsell said.
“We are still suffering from a significant loss of staff to the current outbreak in the community so we are being cautious in relaxing our visiting restrictions too quickly.
“Effective from yesterday we will expand visiting to allow for two nominated visitors per resident per day across all wings.
“These restrictions will remain in place until later this week.”
