Another week of baseball action and another great summers day saw Tigers take on South at Blue Lake Sports Park on Saturday.
Tigers missing six of their starters were filled with kids which handed débuts to Harrison Elletson and Koby Stratman.
Tigers started out of the blocks with the bases full in the first with a long triple to Karl Ransom emptying the bases to make it the dream start.
South were kept scoreless in the first couple of innings and the baby Tigers looked like they were going to get a dream victory.
South stars Bruce Morale and Dean Hamilton lead from the front and turned the game on its head, with South scoring the next eight runs of the match making it a hitting game and a score line of 8 to 5 the Indians way.
Tigers were battling and it was the fresh face of Joel Ransom who returned for his first game in six years who took the gamble with some exceptional base stealing and got tigers another run over the plate.
It was all the Indians from here on in with runs after run crossing the plate.
The final score seen Tigers slump to a third straight defeat with 15 to 7 run score line in favour of the Indians.
In the other Division 1 game it was all Centrals down in Millicent after they scored a sixteen to one victory to continue their dominate season.
