The Mount Gambier Softball League 1pm game between Warriors and Concordes United went ahead this weekend despite the wet and wild weather.
Demons v Wanderers were expected to get under way at 3pm but were not so lucky as the game was called off after two innings.
Demons fill in Chelsea Feast made a run which will be counted as the game is played this week.
In more uplifting news, the much anticipated All Star Fully Loaded Softball game is set to go ahead this Friday night at 6pm on Diamond 1.
All proceeds from the match will be donated to the Mount Gambier Cancer Support Group with the star-studded line-up including the biggest names in the competition.
