The proposed multi-million-dollar office in Millicent for Wattle Range Council received little attention at the November meeting. It was not mentioned during four hours of debate while the brief written staff report was accepted without comment.
“Wattle Range Council officers have met with Adelaide law firm Norman Waterhouse to review the draft contract and tender documents and both are currently being finalised,” wrote the staff report.
