Penola community joins MND fight

The Penola community rallied recently when more than 80 people gathered to participate in a walk to raise money for the FightMND (Motor Neurone Disease) challenge in memory of Grubb and Helsa Moulton.

The weekend kicked off with a raffle at the Prince of Wales hotel which raised more than $800.

A walk from the hotel to the Greenrise Lake was also held with the 27 jackpot raffle and donations raising $3582 and online donations totalled $1828.

The Moulton family sincerely thanked the community for its outstanding support, with all money raised going towards research into MND.
