Regional LGA board leader steps down

The Limestone Coast Local Government Association Board has recently met in the wake of the resignation of its executive officer Adrian Maywald which took effect last week.

The matter was raised by Councillor David Walshaw at the monthly meeting of Wattle Range Council on Tuesday.

Cr Walshaw said the resignation of Mr Maywald had been announced in the media.

In response, council chief executive Ben Gower said the LCLGA Board had met.
