The board of management of Boneham Aged Care Services in Millicent has extended the contract of its chief executive for a further five years.
Michael Filsell was first appointed to the key role in 2019 following the retirement of long-serving manager Jenny Norman.
He oversees the actions of 170 full-time and part-time staff members.
The not-for-profit facility has 110 residents and there is a strong demand for places.
