The Rendelsham and Millicent CFS brigades have once again joined the Australian Federal Police, SAPOL and the SES for a family fun day at the Noorla Yo-Long Outdoor Adventure Camp at Rendelsham.
The annual event is an AFP initiative to welcome and host members of the Limestone Coast migrant community while underscoring the roles that emergency services play in assisting and supporting all members of that community.
Most of the 70 migrant participants came from Naracoorte and Mount Gambier.
Support was also provided by Survivors of Torture and Trauma Assistance and Rehabilitation Services.
