Former elected member passes

Former Wattle Range Council elected member Barry Stoddart has recently passed away in Murray Bridge at the age of 77.

He represented Corcoran Ward between 2010 and 2014. Much of his working life was spent in the administration department of the Millicent stock firm now known as Nutrien.

His other interests included his family, Lions, Lutheran Church and tennis. Mr Stoddart moved to Murray Bridge a few years ago and his funeral was held in the Lutheran Church in that city.
