Millicent hosts ladies stableford

The Millicent Golf Club hosted 16 ladies for a stableford event for the seventh round of the Heather Walker Memorial Trophy and third round Olympic event.


Debbie Tincknell took the win A Grade with 35 points, with Heather Anderson runner up on 34.


B Grade was won by Karen Altschwager with 38 points, with Karen Lock runner up on 36 following a countback.


The ball winners were Glenis Skeer (36), Annie Mclennan (34) and Lois Tilley (34), while the nine hole competition back nine winner was Karen Altschwager with 20 points.


Robyn Walters won the fairways in A Grade with 14, while Glenis Skeer claimed B Grade with 13.


Lana Barlow was nearest the pin on the 13th, while nearest the pin second shot on the fifth (handicap 32-54) was Sue Ireland, with Karen Lock nearest the pin second shot on the 17th (25-54).
