The four elected members of Robe District Council transacted all business in just 40 minutes at their September monthly meeting.
Apologies were tendered by Mayor Alison Nunan and two councillors and so there was barely a quorum.
Deputy Mayor Cr David Laurie chaired the meeting which ran from 6.31pm until 7.11pm.
Among the matters discussed were cemetery fees and the temporary road closure for the Robe Christmas Parade on December 18.
