Afurther four COVID infections have been found in recent days at Boneham Aged Care Services in Millicent.
This takes the total number of infected residents in the past fortnight to 28.
The majority are now clear of COVID with management issuing a statement on Tuesday saying there were still six active COVID cases.
Visitor restrictions remain in place and regular testing continues.
The other local aged care provider is Sheoak Lodge at Millicent Hospital.
It is currently near its 60-bed capacity and none of its residents have COVID.
