Limestone Coast Police detected a series of traffic breaches on the region’s roads in the last week.
Just before 5pm on Friday a 38-year-old Millicent man was stopped by police on the Riddoch Highway at Tarpeena.
Police checks revealed he was disqualified from driving and he also returned a positive drug test.
The man was reported with his vehicle impounded for 28 days and he will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
About 8.20pm on Saturday a 39-year-old Naracoorte woman recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.08 when she was pulled over on Stewart Terrace, Naracoorte.
She was reported for drink driving and issued with a six-month instant loss of licence. Her car was impounded for 28 days and she will face court at a later date.
About 4.30pm on Sunday a 32-year-old Nangwarry man recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.082 when stopped on the Riddoch Highway at Tarpeena.
He was reported for drink driving and issued with a six-month instant loss of licence. His car was impounded for 28 days and he will face court at a later date.
About 6.15pm on Sunday a 42-year-old Millicent woman was pulled over by police on Burdon Street at Millicent.
Police checks revealed she was disqualified from driving and the woman was reported and will appear in court at a later date.
Just after 11pm on Sunday a 51-year-old Keith woman was stopped by police on the Dukes Highway at Bordertown.
Police checks revealed she was disqualified from driving and also had an outstanding warrant.
She was arrested over the warrant and further charged with driving disqualified and will appear in court at a later date.
