Future of fencing

The OneFortyOne Wood Products sales team is looking forward to another year at the South East Field Days, taking the opportunity to chat about their MicroPro® treated product range.

National Sales Manager James Wotherspoon said MicroPro® products are the way forward for farmers, as their copper based preservative is highly effective against fungal decay and insect attack.

“MircroPro® uses micronized copper azole (MCA) as its active ingredient,” James said.

“Customers can be confident these treated wood products will perform in the elements, and against termite and fungal attack.”

MicroPro® treatments have been available in Australia for over 10 years and are now part of OneFortyOne agricultural posts and fencing products.

OneFortyOne has historically used traditional creosote treatments and is now transitioning towards a more sustainable and safe treatment product.

“We’re excited to be able to provide this product to our customers here in the South East,” James said.

MicroPro® treated wood products offer a range of important benefits when compared to traditional treatments for agricultural posts and fencing.

“There’s no harmful residues on the products, and no obvious odour,” James said.

“Our MicroPro® treated products also have a colour additive resulting in timber that looks good, and will look good for years to come on your property.

“OneFortyOne is committed to reducing our environmental footprint and providing more sustainable products.

“We’re looking forward to catching up with the locals to chat about how we can help with what you need on your property.”

The OneFortyOne WoodProducts sales team will be at this year’s South East Field Days, at site number 34, to discuss your agricultural post and fencing needs, and answer any questions you have about their products.
