Lauren Walker, formerly of Furner, has been chosen as one of the seven finalists from Victoria for Miss Universe Australia.
Ms Walker is a registered nurse and has lived and worked in Victoria for several years.
Her mother Clara is the director of the Gladys Smith Early Learning Centre in Millicent and her father Tony is a farmer and member of the Wattle Range Council outside work crew.
