Accused thieves to face magistrate

Two people have been charged following an investigation into a break in at Naracoorte last month.

Sometime between August 17-30 a shed on Carters Road was broken in to with a hard drive and power tools stolen.

Following an investigation, on September 5 Naracoorte Police attended a local home and arrested two 31-year-old local men.

Police did not locate the stolen items, but did find other property, in particular other power tools and gardening equipment, suspected of having been stolen.

The men have been charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.

They were bailed to appear at the Naracoorte Magistrates Court on 1 November.
