Successful negotiations have taken place to fill the key leadership positions with the Millicent Business Community Association.
A number of the office-holders for 2022/23 did not seek a further term at the annual general meeting last month.
The MBCA is now headed by David Smith (co-chairperson), Fiona Telfer (co- chairperson), Selena Smith (secretary) and Katherine Ross (treasurer).
These positions were confirmed when the annual general meeting was reconvened last week at the Grand Hotel. A number of general committee positions were also filled.
Groups such as Wattle Range Council and the Imagine Millicent arts group will have representatives on the MBCA committee.
