Mount Gambier is gearing up to host a local craft exhibition at the end of this month.

The Twisted Threads exhibition will be held at City Hall from April 27-30.

It will have something for everyone, with exhibitions and sales of all things textile, including homewares, toys, garments and accessories for men, women and children

There will also be demonstrations of spinning and weaving, embroidery, crochet, knitting and upcycling.

Also available will be starter kits of yarn and needles, sale of excess yarn, fabric, needles, patterns and books.

The exhibition is free to attend, and will run from 9am to 4pm on April 27, 28 and 29, and 10am-2pm on April 30.
