The Millicent Show Society has moved quickly in response to the news that motorcycle racing has been cancelled for the second consecutive year.

The 2023 Millicent Show will still go ahead with many other attractions on November 3, 4 and 5 with a society spokesperson making a public statement.

“As a collective we will work together at trying to get the motorcycle racing event back up and running for next year,” the spokesperson said.

“In the meantime, we need your continued support by attending the Millicent Show even though it will be a little different.

“It is community support that makes things like the show successful and without the support it will be hard to continue to run a show.

“A Friday night feature will be live music from local band ‘Incarnation’ playing at the Shearing Shed.”
